Simple, secure and transparent repairs from start to finish. Book online, send your device using our tracked postage label, and we’ll repair, test and return it safely.
1. Book Online
Select your device, choose the repair service you need and complete your order through our secure checkout.
2. Send Your Device
After booking, we’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 24 label for devices up to 5kg.
3. Diagnosis
Your device is checked in, inspected and diagnosed by our experienced repair technicians.
4. Repair & Test
We complete the repair using professional tools, high-quality parts and full quality testing before return.
Shipping & Mail-In Service
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Two-way tracked postage is available for devices up to 5kg. We provide the label to send your device to us and return it using the same tracked service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
For higher-value devices, you can choose our insured Special Delivery option. Two-way insured postage labels are provided.
Diagnostic Fees
Applies if you choose not to proceed, or if the device is beyond economical repair or not repairable.
Liquid-damaged devices require extra inspection, cleaning and board-level testing.
Postage charges are non-refundable once the shipping label has been issued.
Important Information

- Previous repair attempts may require additional labour charges.
- Additional faults will always be quoted before any extra work is carried out.
- The listed repair price covers the selected fault only.
- Charging or power faults can sometimes involve charging ICs, power circuits or motherboard damage.
Warranty
90-Day Warranty
Included on replacement parts and standard repair workmanship.
30-Day Board-Level Warranty
Included on advanced microsoldering and component-level board repairs.
Turnaround Time
- Standard repairs: 2–3 working days after arrival.
- Advanced board-level repairs: 5–7 working days where required.
- Repairs waiting for special-order parts may take longer.

Only include accessories if they are needed for testing or directly related to the fault.
